Xinhua Food Machinery Factory Delivers Customized Hamburger Grills to the US, Chinese "Intelligent Manufacturing" Serves Global Fast Food Supply Chain Upgrade

Recently, Henan Huaiyang Xinhua Food Machinery Factory (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhua") reached an important cooperation with a well-known US food equipment group. The first batch of high-speed hamburger patty grills has been successfully delivered and applied to its fully automated production line. This cooperation marks the first time a Chinese baking equipment manufacturer has entered the core supply chain of the US fast food industry with core technology, achieving a strategic upgrade from "equipment supply" to "process standard output."

Addressing the US customer's extreme requirements for high-temperature rapid hamburger patty forming and a peak production capacity of 300 patties per minute, Xinhua's technical team spent six months developing the customized grills. These grills are made of food-grade aluminum-steel material, matched with an imported non-stick coating, and have a surface temperature resistance of up to 380℃. Even under continuous high-temperature operation, they maintain a temperature stability of ±1℃, ensuring that each patty meets the strict color, thickness, and juice retention standards of the fast food industry.

“We solved not only the high-temperature resistance problem, but also the systemic balance between production efficiency and quality control,” said the R&D Director of Xinhua. “By combining high-quality imported baking pan raw materials with adaptive temperature control algorithms, this batch of baking pans improved heat energy utilization by 25% while shortening equipment cooling time by 40%, providing key technical support for customers to achieve uninterrupted and efficient production line operation.”
