Chinese Precision Manufacturing Gains International Recognition Again: Xinhua Food Machinery Factory Successfully Delivers Customized Toast Baking Trays to Lebanon's High-End Baking Production Line

Henan Huaiyang Xinhua Food Machinery Factory (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhua") has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with a well-known Lebanese baking equipment manufacturer. The first batch of customized commercial toast baking trays has been successfully delivered and put into use on the production line. This cooperation marks a breakthrough for Xinhua in the Middle East's high-end baking equipment market, and its professional customization capabilities have once again gained high recognition in the international market.

Addressing the Lebanese customer's specific needs for consistent appearance, uniform baking, and stability in large-scale production of toast products, Xinhua's technical team innovatively developed a high-strength reinforced structure industrial-grade customized multi-unit toast box. This batch of customized baking trays uses high-strength aerospace-grade aluminum alloy as the base material, combined with imported non-stick coating technology, to achieve baking temperature difference control within ±1.5℃. Combined with an optimized steam circulation design, this ensures that each batch of toast achieves a perfectly golden and uniform crust and a soft and delicate internal texture.
