Xinhua Food Machinery Factory's Special Baking Trays Arrive in Saudi Arabia for Croissant Cake Production Line; Customized Solutions Assist in Upgrading the Middle East's High-End Baking Industry

Recently, Henan Huaiyang Xinhua Food Machinery Factory (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhua") reached a strategic cooperation agreement with a large Saudi Arabian food industry group, providing a complete set of customized baking tray systems for its newly built intelligent cake production line. This order, worth over ten million yuan, marks a significant breakthrough for Chinese baking equipment manufacturers in the Middle East's high-end food industry.

Addressing Saudi Arabia's hot and dry climate and the customer's specific requirements for production capacity, Xinhua innovatively developed the "Desert Ship" weather-resistant special baking tray system. This series of products uses military-grade composite metal materials and can maintain precise temperature control within the baking cavity of ±0.8℃ at an ambient temperature of 55℃, perfectly solving the technical problems of traditional baking trays easily deforming and uneven heat conduction under high-temperature environments.

“We tailored not just baking pans for the Saudi project, but a complete thermal system solution,” said the director of Xinhua’s Middle East Business Division. “Through the built-in intelligent monitoring module and remote diagnostic system, the customer can monitor the baking curve of each batch of products in real time, which is of great value in large-scale production in Saudi Arabia.”
