Xinhua Food Machinery Factory Exports Customized Croissant Baking Trays to Algeria, Chinese Technology Assists in Upgrading North Africa's Baking Industry

Henan Huaiyang Xinhua Food Machinery Factory (hereinafter referred to as "Xinhua") has reached a strategic cooperation agreement with a large Algerian food group, providing a complete set of customized laminating baking tray systems for its first automated croissant production line. This marks the first time a Chinese baking equipment company has provided a professional croissant production solution to a non-French-speaking country in North Africa, signifying a new technological breakthrough for Xinhua in the global specialty baking equipment field.

"We have solved the key technical challenges of industrialized croissant production," said Xinhua's French-speaking technical director. "This system, by precisely controlling the melting temperature difference between the dough and butter, recreates the layered texture of handmade croissants on an automated production line. Our real-time dough status monitoring system can automatically adjust baking parameters to adapt to batch variations in flour."
