Product Operate Guide
Madeline Baking Pan Operating Instructions:
1. The use of the baking pan is not a one-time operation, and special attention must be paid to the state of the pan and the baking process during each use.
2. Preheat the oven to the specified temperature according to the recipe.
Check whether the pan is clean and dry, and ensure the non-stick coating is intact.
3. Brush a thin layer of melted butter on each mold cavity to ensure easy release.
4. Cavity 2/3 full with the madeleine batter, avoiding overfilling.
Place the pan in the preheated oven and set the timer according to the recipe (usually 10–15 minutes).
5. Check the baking progress continuously during the process: observe the color and expansion of the madeleines.
6. After the first batch is baked, check whether the edges are golden brown and whether they can be easily released from the mold.
7. During continuous production, allow the pan to cool slightly between batches and wipe away any residue.
8.Every 2 hours of continuous use, clean the pan thoroughly: remove any crumbs or batter residue with a soft brush or cloth.
